Traveling? Photo Contest Deadline Extended to December 31, 2011!

“To give those who may be traveling during the holiday season additional time to shoot and submit their fabulous photos taken at historic landmarks, we’re extending the deadline of ARCH Orthodontics’ photo contest with the theme, ‘My Smile Is Also A National Treasure,’ ” says Dr. Robert Chavez. The deadline has been extended to December 31, 2011.

To enter, patients are asked to submit photos in which they are wearing their ARCH t-shirt while visiting a historic landmark. Entries should be accompanied by a brief caption identifying key information related to who, what, where and when. Electronic photo entries (JPG or PDF) should be sent to jgordon@archorthodontics.com. All photos will be posted on the ARCH Orthodontics website. Each entry will receive 300 ARCH OrthoRewards Bonus Points. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a $100 mall gift card.

To qualify, the photo must include the patient and any well-known monument, building, or structure taken anywhere in the U.S.; for example, the Statue of Liberty, the John F. Kennedy Library, U.S.S. Constitution, the U.S. Capitol, Mt. Rushmore, the Golden Gate Bridge, Fenway Park, the Grand Canyon, etc. Additional info is available at ARCH’s Facebook page. Entrants can increase chances of winning by asking their friends and family to vote for their photo.
